Well I finally got to test out the floatation pod. After a few bad weeks with anxiety & fibro flare I knew I needed to take time out! So glad I did!
I get very anxious at thought of been to hot & wasn't keen on closing the pod for heat & been to closed in. But my word once I was in I had a little feel of been in, I closed the lid. It glowed a soft blue like been in some tropical pool, the soft calming music played & I just floated so mad to lay there weightless no pressure on anywhere! First time in ages I couldn't actually feel my back pain! My mind just kept drifting with no thoughts. 1hour of just me time... Bliss. Temperature is body temp so was no getting stuffy like in a sauna or steam room, I even get too hot in a bath & never enjoy them, wish I had one at home lovely shower after with complimentary shampoo, body wash & conditioner. My skin feel so soft & I feel at ease, so glad I found this place 😊

What an experience, I recently had a flotation therapy and it was so amazingly relaxing, I then had a 30 minute massage on the water massage bed which was just as amazing. You can control the intensity to your level which helps, I have never felt so relaxed, even after spa days and treatments. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning.

This place is exactly what the North East needed!! I did a Cryotherapy and Floatation therapy. Now 2 days later I can still feel the benefits, my sleep has improved and I have found myself being able to focus a lot more and just generally feel a lot better! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and even the little touches in the place such as complimentary tea and water made the difference! I will be a regular customer and I've even signed up for a membership where you get the therapies cheaper. 10/10

I will be honest I never speak on social media about my own anxieties but over the last few months with my son being unwell I found myself feeling a whole new level of stress & worry.
This morning for the first time I felt those anxieties go as I had the most incredible experience with #FlotationTherapy and a #HydrotherapyMassage.
I simply can’t put into words how relaxed I now feel. I feel from just one session I have had all the stress I was carrying lifted from me, I actually felt quite emotional leaving the clinic.

Highly recomend. had my first floatation session this morning. I have degenerative disc disease and I could feel every muscle in my back relax for the first time in over 2 year, I ache (but in a good way) and my posture was better than it has been for along time, as soon as I was done. the staff were lovely and the facilities were spotless!

Had my first visit here yesterday and certainly didn’t disappoint. Used the floatation chamber and the hydrotherapy massage bed. Both were amazing. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated.

I met Joe at a net working event and I was intrigue by the flotation pod. I've not had any holidays this year and I felt like I needed a break. The 1 hour session definitely did that. it's a very strange experience at first but once you get use to the weightlessness and let yourself relax, it's like nothing else I have done. it's very calming and I felt refreshed when I came out. It help me switch off and relax for the hour I was there. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to switch off from the world for a bit 😁o.

A wonderful experience from start to finish.
Staff are very knowledgeable yet friendly and very welcoming.
Special thanks to Kerry, who was so helpful when I booked the Hydrotherapy sessions by phone and Joe, who showed me round on arrival as well as giving me excellent directions when I rang him " lost" on Enterprise Park. The clinic is immaculate and the Hydrotherapy experience was bliss yet extremely beneficial especially for my back.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and felt that it had made a big difference afterwards.
I am very pleased that I visited Infinity Wellness Clinic.
